Kingston Marriott Brand Transformation
Redesign of the hotel's main guest-facing spaces to Marriott brand standards while the hotel stayed open.
A comprehensive renovation of the property's most prominent spaces: the main lobby, Great Room, M Club Lounge, Academy Bar, common corridors, public washrooms, elevator lobbies and circulation areas.
The hotel remained fully operational. Guest access to rooms, elevators, reception and amenities was maintained throughout, with work phased around occupancy levels, events and peak periods.
